1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Payments made for IT services are generally non-refundable once the service has been started or completed.
  • If a service cannot be completed due to a technical issue from our side, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the situation.

2. Advance Payments

  • Any advance or booking payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Saleem IT Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed service.

3. Software and Digital Products

  • Fees paid for software installation, licenses, digital tools, or downloads are non-refundable, as these are intangible and immediately usable.

4. Hardware and Accessories (If Applicable)

  • Hardware or accessories sold are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
  • The product is defective at the time of delivery, and
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

5. Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be made before work has started to be considered for any refund.
  • Once the service has begun, no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days.

7. Changes to This Policy

Saleem IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
